states. clearly there are very significant differences just completely for presidential versus local. but my question has to do primarily directed to ken to insider access to political ad buys so valuable competitive intelligence to know what the plan is. i don't consider this a problem in presidential campaigns but it is in local campaigns. the sales guy would have advance knowledge of ads buys and part of one of the candidates' political teams. not the news side we're talking toobt marketing side and is advising the candidate on how to buy ads selling them and recommending them. so there's a clear potential for problems. in the new media realm if this is a problem but i imagine that campaigns try to guard themselves against giving away their ad campaigns ahead of time. how do they guard themselves against tipping off their opponents which is very valuable information and to what extense do you sense this might be a problem? i don't sense it as a problem at the federal level but say at the l

the state of florida has a constitution that is stronger than the constitution of the united states. you are absolutely right. you are presumed innocent. and there is a presumption that you will be released on a reasonable bond, which by definition means a bond you can make. this is a very standard murder-type bond. i think it is unfortunate that people advising the martins gave them very, very false hopes that this was a situation where he would be kept without a bond. we all knew -- everybody...
